Translation

Sub-standard translations can convey the image that your institution or company does not really care about its international partners or its customers. Translation work should always be carried out by native speakers and multi-linguists who, ideally, are based in-country and who understand your business and communication needs. Our translators are expert and up-to-date of language trends, technical terminology, buzz words, foreign loan words, appropriate styles, tones and contexts.
Each work order is processed by a qualified translator, or a team of qualified translators, depending on project size and timeframe, an editor, and a native speaker proofreader. Our translators hold official, internationally recognized certificates.

Sworn Translation

Besides non-sworn translation, we also provide sworn translation service to fulfill the need of official and legal documents translation. This service is given by our translator who is entitled as Sworn translator by the Jakarta Special Region Governor Decree.

Interpretation

Aya Translation Beureau is able to provide interpreting and translating services ‘live’ on-site at your location. We offer interpreters and/or translators with English and Bahasa Indonesia language expertise and who can cope with almost any situation in which you might need this kind of language support, such as meetings, presentations, negotiations, training, workshops or conferences.

Desktop Publishing

We are ready to provide you with desktop publishing. Upon the completion of translation, our personnel proceed with desktop publishing to the translation formatted in Adobe© Illustrator, Photoshop and PageMaker, Microsoft© Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word, or other major publishing software.

Editing and Proofreading

Editing, proofreading and, if necessary, rewriting parts of documents are tasks which obviously require keen expertise and shrewd perspectives on context and purpose. Our team includes multi-lingual translators with a wide range of disciplines and professional backgrounds. We have experience in the fields of publishing, advertising, fund-raising, academia, technical writing, curriculum design, creative writing and many more besides.
